  As others have said, reserve your ticket early and get there in plenty of time. They have an indoor waiting area with drinks and snacks, I suggest bringing your own water at the very least as you'll be walking and climbing during the tour. Darryl was our guide and helped everyone manually set their phones and cameras to the best settings based on the lighting and time of day. He was also great at taking photos for people and pointing out areas that we might have missed otherwise. It wasn't TOO crowded this time of year, but quite a popular stop nonetheless.

  Our experience here was amazing. The guides are so knowledgeable and friendly. The absolute best part was that our guide helped us with the photography (on the non photography tour) of the canyon and showed us how to change the settings on our phone so the pictures were vivid and clear! If you're going when it's hot outside, I'd recommend going as early as possible to avoid the heat.
